• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use or damage.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange (if applicable).
• NOTE : For hygiene reasons, panties and briefs, are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
